The hamburger is a culinary masterpiece that combines simplicity and indulgence. Every bite of a good hamburger is a blissful symphony of flavors and textures. Some might even argue it’s the greatest thing the USA ever contributed to wider society.

I love hamburgers. I’ve spent years eating them at burger joints all over the United Kingdom. And now, I’ve decided that those burger joints deserve more recognition.

And so begins Hamburger Britannia – a documentation of the journey to find the best burgers in the country. And more importantly, show love and appreciation to the people who make them.
